All requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings have to be received in writing at our office in Bangalore.
1. 10% of total amount for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date(not inclusive of the check-in date)
2. 50% of total amount for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two working days before check-in date(not inclusive of the check-in date)
3. No refund or cancellation less than two working days before check-in date(not inclusive of the check-in date)
4. In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted above cancellation charges.
5. In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.
